Shipping policy

Whether it shopping local, or getting your goods home, get all the insights about how shipping and local pick-up work at Cat+Co Design. 

The information applies only to products purchased through our website. If you’ve purchased your products through a Cat+Co stockist, please refer to their policies and procedures for shipping and returns.

Once payment is completed online, you’ll receive an email confirming your order.

You’ll receive a second email notifying you when your order ships.

A flat rate of $15 applies for all orders within Canada. 

Processing time varies.

Ready-made items are processed in 2-5 business days.

Made-to-order items, such as seasonal decor, take 4-7 business days to process.

If there is any delays, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

All parcels are shipped using Canada Post.

Canada Post is experiencing high volumes during this time and experiencing shipping delays. Please allow extra time for your packages to arrive.

All Lettermail parcels are untracked and can take up to 21 days to arrive or longer.

Getting a shipping upgrade to track your order is highly recommended.

If you are local to Smithers, BC, we offer local pick-up.

This option is available at check out, and you will be notified by email when your order is ready.

Products shipped to the United States are shipped via Canada Post. 

Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your order is shipped.
