Meet the Maker

My name is Catherine, the 'creative' behind Cat + Co Design. I've knit items since I was very young, always keeping my hands and mind busy with new artistic projects. I've always had a passion for sustainability and Cat + Co is truly a reflection of this. After some encouragement from my family and friends, I decided to take both my love of crafting and trying to live more eco-consciously and put my spin on things. My ultimate goal is to give my items longevity without a lot of harm to the environment.⠀

Handcrafted in Smithers, BC

My nephew was born smack in the middle of the pandemic. The first time I met him was through a hospital window. Ever since then, I've made it my mission to create a better world for him by providing eco-friendly swaps for home + baby. 

Our dishcloths and reusable cotton rounds are washable and scrub away mess without harm to surfaces and faces. Our pacifier clips and teething rings use toxic free silicone and wooden beads for practical, yet stylish natural teething solutions.

Minimal impact on the environment

For me, it's crucial to source materials in the most sustainable way. That's why I prioritize buying Canadian made materials to keep Cat + Co as green as possible. By purchasing Cat + Co, you'll feel good about supporting women-owned Canadian business, and knowing that all our packaging is either recycled, re-usable or recyclable.
